Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project (DMIC)
The Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project (DMIC) is a well planned industrial development project between India’s capital city, Delhi and Mumbai. For launching the project in 2006 the government of India has signed MoU with the government of Japan. The project has received a major boost from India and Japan, due to an agreement to set up a project development fund with an initial size of ₹1,000 crore. It is one of the world’s largest infrastructure projects with an estimated value of US$90 billion.
Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (DMICDC)
Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL) has been created between the Central Government (DMICDC Trust) and the State Government (DSIRDA) of Gujarat to implement the project Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (DMICDC).
