COMMERCIAL ZONE

Dholera will have huge commercial multiplexes and malls to fulfill the desires of people from every walk of their life. Don’t wait to buy land, buy land and wait. The one and only India’s Greenfield Industrial Smart City,Dholera Special Investment Region (Dholera SIR)is spread over 922 sq kms, which is 100 kms approximately southwest to Ahmedabad District of Gujarat.

In Dholera Smart City out of total 922 sq kms 422 sq kms is to be developed and rest 500 sq kms is going to be use for environmental purposes like Village Buffer, Agriculture, Notified Forest Land, Water Bodies, River, Coastal Regulations Zone. In Dholera SIR the Commercial Zone is only 5% which is the least from the other zones. The Commercial Zone is further divided into 3 Zones High Access Corridor is 3%, Knowledge and IT Zone is 1% and City Centre Zone is 1% which gives access to full commercial activities. Even Industrial Zone can be used as Commercial Zone if the plot is road touch in Industrial Zone one can use both Industrial Facilities and Commercial Facilities.

As Dholera is an upcoming greenfield smart city in Gujarat the city’s Commercial Zone will consist of Business/ IT parks, WorkerHousing/ Dormitories, Integrated Commercial Offices and Retail Complexes, Banking and Financial Institutions, Large Departmental Stores, Multilevel Parking Structure, Urban Design Guidelines.
